Drink plenty of ‪‎Water‬ and Prevent urinary infection & stones

Here is a simple running tip that will help you run strong
Actively push the floor away when your foot hits the ground and gently pull your heel towards your butt once you're done pushing the ground.
Doing this will -
* activate your quadriceps (front of your thigh) and gluteus (butt) muscles when applying force on the ground,
* activate your hamstring muscles (back of your thighs) when pulling your feet back up and
* by using these major muscles groups to power your run, you run faster, stronger and protect your joints (ankle, knees and low back) from impact and hence strains, aches and pains.

Running, like cycling, is a cyclic repetition of these push and pull movements. What you need is a consistent rhythm between push(ing the floor away) and pull(ing your feel back into position for the next cycle). Once this rhythm sets in, running is nothing short of music.
If you're a beginner to running, this will blow your mind when you try it. If you are a seasoned runner and don't do this yet, do it and run stronger instantly.
Don't just run long. Run strong.
